SHIPPING POLICY

While we try to despatch your orders within 1-2 working days, there may be occasions when this may not be possible.

Delivery by courier FedEx for the UK only is normally within 1-2 working days.

RETURN POLICY

Claims for apparent defects must be notified to Jessgrove within 3 days of your receipt of the goods. We will only consider the claim if the goods are still in their original state and have not been cut, treated or processed.

Subject to the above provisions, should the returned fabrics prove to have manufacturing defects then suitable replacements will be issued.

Once a fabric has been cut or further processed (e.g. washed, dyed, printed) no claims or returns can be accepted. 

Commercial shade variation between production batches may occur and this issue can't be considered as a defect and reason for return.

 COLOURS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Jessgrove Ltd makes effort to describe and illustrate its products as accurately as possible, but cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies that may occur. Images are shown as a guide and should not be regarded as an accurate representation of the actual fabric, particularly with regard to colours, which are subject to limitations in the reproduction processes.
